About Pioneers

The Pioneers program was founded in 2018 with a vision to enhance player development, starting with just one dedicated team. Today, it has expanded to 12 teams and over 150 passionate players. Bobby Pasquarello initiated this program to provide meaningful opportunities for his oldest son, and as he observed the growth and potential within the community, he recognized a significant demand for a player-centric program that values individual development over winning at all costs.

With a commitment to excellence, Bobby carefully assembled a team of coaches who share this progressive vision. He takes immense pride in creating a nurturing environment that not only focuses on skill development but also offers a competitive tournament lineup that elevates both the players and the entire program. The state-of-the-art indoor facility dedicated to the program serves as a home where players feel confident and supported as they pursue their passion for baseball.

The Pioneers program incorporates strength and conditioning as an essential part of its winter training, alongside a comprehensive practice schedule that collaborates with an outside organization and team coaches to deliver a holistic training experience.
